Who Can Apply?
Habitat for Humanity is committed to partnering with families who are in need of decent, affordable housing. To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Ability to pay – Applicants must demonstrate the ability to repay an affordable mortgage.

Need for housing – The family must be living in substandard or overcrowded conditions or have a need for affordable housing.

Willingness to partner – Applicants must be willing to contribute "sweat equity," which includes helping with the construction or renovation of their new home and attending homeownership classes.

How to Apply:
Applications are open now! To apply, please download and print the application packet or visit our office at 1530 Greenview Dr SW, Suite 107, Rochester, MN 55902 to pick up an already printed application. Be sure to complete the application and submit all required documents by 12 PM on December 31st.
