While you prepare for completion of the application, the following items tend to take longer than a couple weeks to collect. Our application cycle is just under a month long and you will want to start collecting the following items to include in your submission of the application. 

1. A certified copy of your proof of residency (i.e. Certified Birth Certificate, Passport, Certificate of Citizenship, Certificate of Naturalization, etc.) 

2. Last two years of state and federal income taxes (2021, 2022) 

3. Paystubs for two months prior to application 

4. Two most recent statements from Credit Cards 

5. Copy of your lease agreement, if currently renting 

6. Three most recent bank statements
