Need for Housing
Families find themselves in need of safe, affordable shelter.
This can be due to a variety of
circumstances: unpredictable rent increases, overcrowded living conditions, damaged or dilapidated structures, unsafe neighborhoods, or lack of access to land and affordable financing.
Ability to Pay
You must be able to pay a mortgage that includes principal, interest, taxes and insurance. Your household income needs to be at 35% - 80% of your Area Median Income (AMI).
Willingness to Partner
Our families are partners!
You must be willing to
contribute hours of sweat equity (time building your home and community) and be ambassadors of our program.
